Crab Season
Crab season is OPEN! We have fresh crab once again as the commercial season is now open. Time to head over to Spud Point for your piece of the catch.

February 11
Chowder Day in Bodega Bay - Vote for your favorite clam chowder as about a dozen restaurants serve up their secret receipes in what has become a very popular event. Tickets are only $5 and are available at the Visitor Center at 10AM. Proceeds go directly to the Bodega Bay fireworks fund.

February 25
The Cabaret - The third annual event at the Grange with two shows, 6:00 and 8:30. This event always sells out and this year will be no exception so get your tickets early at Gourmet au Bay, Candy & Kites or Business Services Unlimited. $20, with refreshments available at the show. UC Davis' Bodega Marine Lab docent tours happen every Friday at 2pm (except holidays) over on Bodega Head. Check the website for more info.

Children's Story Hour at the BB Community Center each Wednesday from 10 to 11:30am. They have lots of story books and crafts and a wonderfully creative retired children's librarian, Sue Tichava, to lead the little ones in song, dance, play, crafts and, well, joyous noise, too.

Bodega Bay Community Emergency Response Training (CERT) at the firehouse on the second Tuesday of each month from 5 to 7pm. Go here for details. It's free, fun and beneficial to the community.

Music & Martinis at Bluewater Bistro on Thursdays from 5-8.

Blues & Brews at the Timber Cove Inn take place from 7pm to 10pm on the second Friday of each month. Call them for details at (707) 847-3231. Jazz & Martini Night is the third Friday of the month.

Free movies at the Grange every third Saturday. Kids films at 4pm and adults at 6pm. Call (707) 875-3616 for details.

Free movies at the Bodega Bay Community Center every Saturday at 7pm. $2.50 admission ($1 for kids) and it's FREE for members.
